about

The big shebang of compilation tracks, unreleased material, small circulation and other miscellaneous music's!

The going through the harddrive continues...
A very "extensive" (A lot of material) I will do my best to cite where its from etc. I am not as organized as I would like to be and I am hoping to find more stuff but this is pretty hefty and I hope you enjoy it!

credits

released March 3, 2023

(I'll fill in the holes better if I can as time goes on this is to the best of my ability right now)

Track 1: Was recorded as an intro track for a heavy metal band's album but never used. Probably in 2018.

Track 2: Was a hidden track on an Esperik Glare release a few years back

Track 3: I don't *think* was ever released probably 2019 recorded.

Track 4: Is also, as far as I recall unreleased.

Track 5 and 6: Were released on the elseproduct compilation "Of Spectres and Saints" 2. (Released in 2010)

Track 7 and 8: Were released on the elseproduct compilation "Of Spectres and Saints 3"

Track 9: Was a digital download release from CSAF records in 2010:

csaf-records.com/2010/12/30/esperik-glare-frightful-telekinesis-csaf121dl/

Track 10: Has been a standalone track on bandcamp for ages and dates to the timeframe of the first album/7" and whatever else.

Track 11: Was released on the "I Ate Your Arms" compilation (Thankless 15) and dates from the same period as very early stuff. 2005-2006? It has also been a standalone bandcamp track

Track 12: Was intended for a compilation that never came out and has been a standalone bandcamp track. 2012?

Track 13: Remix of noise material by a friend who I don't think did any releases? probably around 2012 as well

Track 14-15: Are remixes of Laura Sheeran tracks that use to be hosted on her page as EP's of remixes.

Track 16: I am fairly certain is completely unreleased

Track 17: is an edit-down version of a live performance on KFJC in 2007. It was released as one of two tracks on an online double mini cdr release "Despoiled Strands of Enjoyment"

Esperik Glare was:

Charlie Martineau
RK Faulhaber
Heather Clemens
Chandra Shukla

Track 18: Was my side of a tape split that only (under ten) copies were made of I guess I lacked the motivation to make more after there was apparently no interest. I believe it was all recorded directly to a 4 track using my microkorg. 2010 seemed to be a productive time frame but was probably a bit later?

Track 19: Is a "cover" of Tactile's "Grief" and was my contribution to the John Everall Benefit compilation.

"from everall, released August 30, 2014
Sound Manipulation, Mellotron, Processing, Mix: Charlie Martineau
Voice: Justin Headrick, Gregg Janman, Chris Connelly, Barend Nieuwstraten III

Tactile has been a major influence on my work for many years. In recent times I have been fortunate enough to develop a friendship and dialogue with John Everall. I was also very lucky to get to record an EP of material with him. This is for John, a dear man who faces whats coming with so much courage I can only hope to face my end so well one day.

Love,
Charlie"
